【大永真空活動訊息】大永真空HML(Hybrid Multi-Layer)新技術發表會

      大永真空集團旗下公司─美國Darly Custom Technology以創新、領先的科技，結合最新表面處理及真空鍍膜技術，研發出HML^TM (Hybrid Multi-Layer)有機/無機材料混合多層膜製程，並導入R2R卷對卷連續式軟性基材真空鍍膜設備，進而開發出HML Web Coater混合式多層膜真空鍍膜設備。

      HML^TM技術突破傳統濕式塗佈工藝，在軟性基材上實現連續的真空塗佈和無機鍍膜，形成有機及無機膜層交錯堆疊的多層薄膜；真空塗佈製程提高塗敷精度與材料純度的同時，大幅降低原料成本、減少環境污染，並能衍生出更多獨特的應用。

      發表會上將會為各位概述於光學級PET Film上鍍製 Hard Coat Layer的方法和結果，歡迎有興趣的貴賓蒞臨參與本次新技術發表會。

      Hard coat films of the type found in wide variety of applications are traditionally produced by spraying or casting solutions or emulsions onto a surface followed by evaporation of a solvent. Darly Custom Technology has developed a technique to produce hard coatings on a number of film substrates which does not require the use of water or solvents. This 100% solids process can duplicate the performance of conventional wet chemistry processes at higher line speeds and therefore lower cost.

      The Hybrid Multi-Layer (HML^TM) process involves vacuum deposition and curing of organic precursors on the surface of a substrate rendering the surface with anti-abrasion , characteristics.  This talk will outline the method and results for coating an optically clear PET film with an anti-abrasion hard coat layer.
